I booked a weeklong stay at one of the villas here through Expedia, for a family of six. It was a very competitive price compared to the hotels I looked at in the area, and included four bedrooms! There were no additional fees, like for parking, which I appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The added privacy and sleep quality helped us enjoy our vacation. Our kitchen was modern, including the appliances. The style of the rest of the place feels a little dated, but everything was clean and worked well for us. The clubhouse wasn't a comfortable walk from our villa, so we had to drive, but there was always available parking. We found the pools, waterslide and lazy river quite nice, and not at all crowded while we were there. I watched a SpaceX launch from the lazy river. The pool shop was of value, and not expensive. My kids enjoyed the arcade, but some of the games are in need of maintenance. We didn't try the restaurant, as there were options nearby, including the supermarket next door (handy!). The office staff were responsive and helpful in our case, even after our flight got delayed and we arrived around 1:00 am. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here more than the typical hotel for a family vacation. It was quiet, private and slow paced. I could cook, and drive my SUV right up to my door. I'd recommend it to the beleaguered family man on vacation.

The villas at regal palms are very big. We got 4 bed and 4 bath villa. The villas are clean and the service was great . We only had to ask maintenance for a broom but that was it. The resort has plenty activities to do during the day / night. I would recommend staying here for vacation. There are also shops close by for shopping.

The condo we rented was nice, disney themed just a tad bit outdated. But it was clean and accommodated our family. The amenities were amazing ....the food served by the pool was good, drinks were good too. All and all I had a great time while visiting the area.

This ABNB was very nice clean. Its inside a gated community and the have lots of amenities here very nice pool from 0 5ft for the kids. U need to pay as a guest for the pool * other things they have there. Our only issue is that our air went out last night and no air all day today, with temps on high 90's plus humidity very high. The man will be here Thursday to fix it. This place is in Orlando Florida.

I own a timeshare unit here. I was worried about some of the reviews I read, however, everything was EXCELLENT! Service by our Management rocked! Shout out to Al for bringing extra cups & a better broom. Also, Luwanda helped with the Spectrum Cable Co for the TV's. We have not been to the Villas in over 10 years and we had a somewhat family reunion there for my birthday. It was a great time and I will hopefully be able to come back one day in the near future. Great resort!

This was my first time here, but will come back again. This is a great location to stay if you want to visit Universal Studios, Disney (if there woke mentality hasn't jaded your decision to not go there, which at this time it has me), or many of the other interesting places to visit and see in the area. The pool and recreation area of this facility (along with many of the services offered) are very kid oriented and nice, but need a little upgrade to bring it up to adult standards. There is a nearby Publix grocery store and many restaurants with some great food.

Rental a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath unit for a week. I arrived around 3 pm ... I did the checking orep and waited til 4 to get my unit. In that hour I asked questions and toured the pool, lazy river , indoor fitness center with hot tub and steam room, market that had tubes for sale for lazy river $14 to 20 or you can buy a tube nearby (i went to target $6 and 8 and use the hose to inflate it, arcade, restaurant with a pool table and ice cream shop. You will need a car. Our unit was toward the very back so just going to the pool needed a car .... and you'll need a car to go to the parks in Orlando The unit is older but I am used to that in Florida. There is a small kitchen (fully stocked) a queen sized bedroom with full bath and then a living room (small if you were to have 10 people) and a dining table also there was a half bath on this floor. Upstairs was the master with jetted tube and a little makeup area in the bathroom. There were 2 more bedrooms and another shared bathroom.... as well as a stackable washing machine and dryer. Staff at check in, at the marketplace, and at the pool were extremely friendly. The woman at the concierge/tickets booth was nice but we bought our tickets for the pirate dinner show online .... mezzanine summer special very good deal. Regal palms is a street behind a plaza with a publix (very handy) a few restaurants like a British pub, adlers, a pizza place and I think an IHOP Coming out of the plaza/regal palms there is a traffic light to get on 27 which has easy access to 192 and i4 I visited in August (off season) so although the pool and lazy river is small for such a sizeable place it was never crowded. Unfortunately at the end of my stay the lazy river and slide was closed. Hopefully it has reopened for the friends we met while staying there. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations right by the parks this is not the place but if you want a relaxing clean place with plenty of bedrooms and anything you could need at a reasonable price I recommend here (as well as a few others I have stayed at with the rci program) . I wish they had some activities here like movies at the pool etc but although this would have been nice we were fine without it. I stopped at target and got some groceries extra supplies like laundry detergent paper towels and toilet paper (I ended up packing up the last 2 to bring back with me to sw Florida) but we were close to needing extra toilet paper. Kudos to the friendly staff. If you have trouble with tge people here you may want to consider if you were confrontational. I had friends check in after me and the staff remembered me and were equally friendly to them.
